From March 28 to 31, Shanggong Group presented more than 30 sofa sewing machines from its German brands Dürkopp Adler, PFAFF Industrial, and MAUSER at Hall 12.1 of the Guangzhou exhibition. With digitalized production models, high cost-performance products, and integrated customized services, the group precisely meets the needs of different sofa manufacturers. Backed by its Industry 4.0 smart factory, it also creates broader cooperation opportunities for its distributors.

Dürkopp Adler introduced the new energy-saving and sustainable DELTA e-con series, featuring self-adaptation, self-diagnosis, and self-decision functions, reducing energy consumption by over 25%. Combined with QONDAC Networks for real-time process monitoring, the solution minimizes errors, lowers labor dependence, and significantly improves productivity and product quality, helping furniture companies strengthen their competitiveness.

Meanwhile, the new heavy-duty flat-bed triple-feed machines PFAFF 1545 and MAUSER 2645 ensure stable feeding and high-quality stitches, enabling manufacturers to produce durable, premium sofas. In response to the growing demand for high-end customization and consumption upgrades, Shanggong Group leverages its comprehensive product range, strong brands, and smart manufacturing solutions to lead customers toward a more competitive future in furniture production.
