In his welcoming speech, Li Xiaofeng, Executive Vice President of ShangGong Group and General Manager of the Sewing Machine Division, reaffirmed the mission that “the value of technology lies in serving the industry, and the mission of enterprises is to grow together with partners,” and expressed ShangGong’s commitment to taking root in Shandong and supporting local companies in improving manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and international competitiveness.

During the product presentation session, representatives of ShangGong introduced the technological strengths of the Dürkopp Adler, PFAFF, and ShangGong brands, highlighting their ability to meet requirements such as small-batch quick response, mixed-model production, and compatibility with both thick and thin materials, as well as their solutions in intelligent control, energy efficiency, and smart factory integration.

Yang Feng, Chairman of the Wenshang County Garment Association, noted that the region has developed into an industrial cluster with over 500 enterprises and more than 60,000 workers, producing over 400 million pieces annually, and is now focusing on flexible manufacturing, brand development, and deeper cooperation with leading enterprises. Du Yanbing, Vice President of the China National Garment Association, emphasized that despite current challenges, China’s garment industry remains resilient and will continue to accelerate intelligent manufacturing, digital transformation, and green development.

In the discussion session, garment units from the Shandong prison system and private enterprises exchanged views on order collaboration, capacity complementarity, and talent training, with on-site support from ShangGong’s technical team. Looking ahead, ShangGong will continue to work hand in hand with the Shandong garment industry to promote scalable and sustainable smart manufacturing models and contribute to the region’s high-quality industrial development.
