Dürkopp Adler Germany Successfully Held the 2026 China Dealer Conference

On January 28, the Dürkopp Adler 2026 China Dealer Conference was grandly held at the company’s Shanghai headquarters, Shensi Building. Attendees included Zhang Min, Chairman and President of ShangGong Shenbei Group; Li Xiaofeng, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Industrial Machinery Division; Wu Weijie, Board Secretary and General Manager of DAP Shanghai; Li Dong, General Manager of ShangGong Zhejiang, together with representatives from more than 80 dealers nationwide.

In his keynote speech, Zhang Min reviewed Dürkopp’s 165-year technological heritage and ShangGong Shenbei’s 60 years of industrial development, reaffirming the commitment to building a “century-old enterprise” through innovation and quality. In response to the accelerating trend of automation, the company will promote the localization of high-end products such as the 910/911R platforms, adhere to German quality standards, and increase investment in intelligent manufacturing, working closely with dealers to seize opportunities in global expansion and technological upgrading.

Li Xiaofeng noted that despite weak domestic demand under global economic pressure, exports of sewing machinery remain strong, particularly in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Dürkopp China will continue to focus on high-potential sectors such as automotive interiors, sportswear, and bags, expand overseas markets through RCEP and the Belt and Road Initiative, and deepen its presence in key domestic garment industry clusters. Through the “Six Management & Six Support” system, the company aims to build a strategic partnership community with its dealers.

Wu Weijie reviewed the steady growth achieved in China in 2025 and outlined the “Focus · Deep Cultivation · Win-Win” strategy, emphasizing the development of a high-quality dealer network, expansion into high-value sectors such as new energy vehicles and special sewing applications, and the strengthening of new channels and industry association cooperation.

During the conference, Wang Qinghua, Vice Chairman of Nanhua Strategy Consulting, shared the LTC (Lead-to-Cash) methodology, highlighting manufacturer–dealer integration as the key to improving sales efficiency. Based on the successful application of the D868 in automotive interiors, Dürkopp China proposed an “upgraded machine selection” strategy and committed to providing systematic support in product selection, training, technology, and marketing.

The conference also honored the 2025 “Core Dealers” and “Progressive Dealers” in China, further strengthening partner confidence and laying a solid foundation for achieving new milestones in 2026.
