“Quality First, Service Innovation” – On January 12, ShangGong Shenbei Group successfully held its 2024 Domestic Dealers Conference in Huangyan, Taizhou, in a hybrid online-offline format, with more than 200 dealer representatives and management teams from China and Germany in attendance.

In his keynote speech, Chairman and President Zhang Min emphasized that the Group will remain market-oriented and customer-driven, advance its global presence and green innovation strategy, implement comprehensive quality management, and accelerate the transformation from a traditional manufacturing company to a service-oriented manufacturing enterprise.
The conference highlighted the technological strengths and localization strategies of the PFAFF, MAUSER, KSL and Dürkopp Adler brands, as well as achievements in automation, digitalization and localization. Through strengthened process control and system management, the ShangGong Zhejiang Smart Factory has significantly improved production efficiency and product quality, and clarified the 2024 marketing targets and channel optimization plans for each brand.

During the event, outstanding dealers shared their experiences and received a series of annual awards. Brand forums featured in-depth discussions on product upgrades, service enhancement, new product launches and intelligent manufacturing. The conference further deepened dealers’ understanding of ShangGong Shenbei’s product quality, service capabilities and innovation strength, laying a solid foundation for closer cooperation and high-quality, sustainable development in 2024.
